1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing redsite.in, utilizing our online utilities, purchasing desktop software licenses, or contracting our bespoke engineering and testing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our website and services immediately.

2. Digital Software Licensing

Grant of License: Upon verified purchase of desktop software, Redsite Technologies grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and activate the software on up to two (2) machines owned or operated directly by you.
License Activation: Activation requires machine fingerprint verification. Once activated, the software operates offline via cryptographic signature validation.
Restrictions: You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, circumvent activation limits, redistribute, lease, or resell the software or its associated cryptographic keys.

3. Engineering & QA Consulting Services

Milestones & Deliverables: Custom services (including App Development, Web Development, WordPress, Shopify, and QA Testing) are governed by written milestone agreements. Deliverables are submitted for client review in weekly staging builds.
Intellectual Property Ownership: 100% intellectual property rights, source code, deployment assets, and technical documentation are assigned to the client upon full settlement of the corresponding milestone payment.
Estimates & Scope: Written estimates reflect agreed scope. Revisions or alterations requested outside original specifications will be quoted as separate milestones.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

All purchases and service contracts are strictly subject to our explicit refund commitment:

“No refunds, but if we can’t fix the issue within 7 working days, we’ll refund.”

5. In-Browser Utilities (Client-Side)

Our free browser utilities (such as the PDF Editor) execute locally on your hardware. While we strive for absolute stability, these utilities are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without representations of uninterrupted availability. You are solely responsible for keeping backup copies of your local files.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Redsite Technologies and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, tools, or software. Our aggregate liability arising under any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific software or milestone deliverable in dispute.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts having jurisdiction over the entity’s registered location.
