Redsite Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates redsite.in. We adhere to strict data minimization principles: we do not maintain user accounts, passwords, or personal profiles, and we never collect data that is not strictly necessary to deliver our software, fulfill purchases, or reply to technical inquiries.

We comply with international data protection frameworks, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United Kingdom Data Protection Act, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act 2023).

2. Information We Collect

1. Inquiries & Discovery Calls: When you contact us or book a discovery meeting, we collect your name, email address, inquiry topic, and message content.
2. Purchases & License Issuance: When you purchase software or paid utilities, our hosted payment gateways collect your email address, purchase currency, and transaction ID. We store only your email, purchase record, and cryptographic license hashes in our databases.
3. No Financial or Card Data: We never view, capture, or store credit card, debit card, or banking credentials. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS certified hosted checkouts (Razorpay and PayPal).
4. Client-Side Utilities (Zero Uploads): In-browser utilities (such as our PDF Editor) run 100% locally in your browser using client-side WebAssembly and JavaScript. Your files, documents, and inputs are never transmitted to our servers or any third-party infrastructure.

3. Cookies and Analytics

• Cookieless Analytics: We use privacy-preserving Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregated traffic trends (such as page views and general visitor country). This analytics service operates entirely without cookies, local storage tracking, or persistent identifiers.
• No Third-Party Advertising: We do not display advertisements, operate affiliate trackers, or sell visitor data to data brokers.

5. Data Retention

• Inquiry Emails: Retained for up to twelve (12) months to maintain continuity of client correspondence, after which they are purged.
• Order and License Records: Retained for the active lifetime of the software to enable license key re-issuance and audit compliance under applicable tax laws.

Regardless of your geographic location, you retain full rights regarding your personal information:

• Right of Access & Portability: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Right to Correction: You may request rectification of inaccurate data.
