1. Digital Fulfillment Only

Redsite Technologies develops software, digital Micro SaaS utilities, and technology services. We do not ship physical goods or physical media.

All deliverables, software installers, license keys, and receipts are delivered strictly via electronic transmission.

2. Delivery Timeline & Methods

  1. Immediate Electronic Delivery: Upon successful payment confirmation via our hosted payment gateways (Razorpay or PayPal), your order receipt, license key, and time-limited signed download link are automatically generated and dispatched to the email address entered during checkout.
  2. Estimated Time: Delivery is typically instantaneous and should arrive within five (5) minutes of payment completion.
  3. Download Links: Signed download links remain valid for a specified window (typically 72 hours) and allow download access for your licensed platforms (macOS / Windows).

3. Non-Receipt of Digital Goods

If you have completed payment but have not received your confirmation email and software license within twenty-four (24) hours:

  1. Check your email’s spam, junk, or promotions folders.
  2. Verify that the email address provided during checkout is active and able to receive external mail.
  3. Use our automated recovery tool on the Support page to request a fresh copy of your license keys and download links.
  4. Contact us directly at [email protected] with your payment reference or transaction ID. Our engineering team will verify the payment event and re-dispatch your credentials manually within 24 business hours.

4. Shipping Fees

Because delivery is entirely digital via electronic transmission, Redsite Technologies charges zero ($0.00 / ₹0.00) shipping or handling fees.
